Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and proper.
• Utilize shipping software and equipment to generate labels and track shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory of consumables and stock around the yard.
• Assist in communicating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any discrepancies.
• Inspect received materials for quality and report concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and external contacts.
• Proficiency with computers and shipping software.
• Capability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 60 lbs) safely.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
